Privacy Policy

Omvika LLC ("Omvika", "we", "us", "our") operates omvika.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. By using this site, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you fill out our early access form: your name, work email address, company name, and intended use case. We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data.

We also collect standard web server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) through Cloudflare's infrastructure. This data is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. under their Privacy Policy.

2. How we use your information

We use information you provide solely to: respond to your early access or demo request; communicate with you about Omvika products and services; and improve our product based on the use cases you describe. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

3. Third-party services

Cloudflare (cloudflare.com): Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes network traffic, stores your submitted data in Cloudflare D1 (a database service), and may log IP addresses for security and performance purposes. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Google Fonts (fonts.google.com): We load DM Sans and DM Mono typefaces from Google's servers. When your browser loads this page, it makes a request to Google's servers, which may collect your IP address and browser information. See Google's Privacy Policy. Google Fonts requests are made without cookies.

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and page usage. We do not use advertising pixels such as Facebook Pixel, and we do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics cookies to understand aggregate site traffic and engagement. Cloudflare may also set a short-lived security cookie (__cf_bm) for bot detection purposes.

5. Data retention

We retain early access form submissions for up to 24 months or until you request deletion, whichever is sooner. Server logs are retained by Cloudflare per their standard retention policies (typically 30 days).

6. Data sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

7. Your rights (CCPA — California residents)

As a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of your personal information; opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

8. Your rights (GDPR — EEA/UK residents)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@omvika.com. Our lawful basis for processing early access submissions is legitimate interest (responding to your request).

9. Data security

Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1, a managed database with encryption at rest. Access to stored leads is protected by an admin key. We use HTTPS for all data in transit. No system is completely secure; we will notify affected users promptly in the event of a breach.

10. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
